AtKisson Training Group

"ATG’s partnership with the University of Arizona’s Research Leadership Institute gives us an opportunity to work with very gifted faculty members over the course of the year. Our programs on developing a leader identity, the social functions and strategic challenges of team dynamics, and the practicalities of project management are tailored to the needs of the cohort and the individuals within it. Our programs are based on a breadth of research, starting from the notion that leadership does not depend upon position. Our goal is to help each cohort grow to encompass larger roles and possibilities starting with where they are.

"Our facilitators have over 75 years of combined years of experience in a variety of disciplines, co-developing the RLI programs on Research Leadership, Team Science, and both traditional and Agile Project Management. We work together closely and continuously with the University to integrate our experiential training with the full RLI curriculum.  We also have the opportunity to see the cohort along their journey and to witness the growth and development into leaders with a toolkit to support success."
