Angela Murrell, Associate Librarian, and Liaison to the College of Medicine-Tucson received the 2025 Louise Darling Achievement Award from the Medical Library Group of Southern California & Arizona (MLGSCA). This annual award honors significant contributions toward the advancement of health sciences librarianship through the endeavors of MLGSCA.
Murrell also co-authored “A Scoping Review and Consensus Recommendations for Emergency Medical Services Buprenorphine (EMS-Bupe) Programs,” published in August 2024. Additional authors include Anjni P. Joiner; Jessica Wanthal; José G. Cabañas; Gerard Carroll; H. Gene Hern; Mike Sasser; Cara Poland; Mary Piscitello Mercer; and Melody Glenn.
